In recent years, there has been a rise in the awareness of mental disorders. OF TWO MINDS is a provocative and poignant look at the lives of compelling people living with bipolar disorder. A personal account of what it means to be bipolar, these extraordinary individuals describe the extreme highs and the depressing lows of the disease. With incredible stories including some told by those who were living with bipolar and didn't even realize it, this film is an important reminder that information is the best tool in awareness. From an artist who lived a secret life as a cross-dresser, to the bipolar couple trying to live with each other, to the journalist whose openness on YouTube paved the way for global understanding, OF TWO MINDS brings the viewer closer to a disease that many know little about. This important film will open your minds and your hearts. –T.W.
