Nimr and Roy are two handsome young men passionately in love within the hostilities of the Middle East. Nimr, a Palestinian, travels to Tel Aviv from Ramallah on a special student pass. Roy is an Israeli lawyer with a well-connected family and a bright future. They know that, to stay together, they must plan carefully and discreetly. Nimr’s brother, however, is providing weapons to militants. One day Israeli Security hands Nimr a dreadful ultimatum: turn informant against his family or never return to Israel and Roy again. Somebody has also denounced Nimr to his family as both traitor and gay. Now Nimr is truly a man alone. His brother will kill him for honor if he goes home and he cannot return legally to Tel Aviv and Roy. Risking everything for his lover, Roy shelters him and desperately tries to find a way to save Nimr and remain together. Erotically charged and suspenseful, you will root for these lovers fighting against unthinkable odds. (In Hebrew and Arabic with subtitles) - C.R.
